4. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms and project costs are agreed upon before work begins.

  • A deposit may be required before starting a project.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

  • Refunds are subject to our discretion and depend on the progress of the project.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of the website and its content is transferred to the client.

  • EkDesign retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Any third-party assets (e.g., licensed images, fonts, or plugins) remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Website Maintenance & Liability

  • Once a website is delivered, the client is responsible for its maintenance unless a support package is purchased.

  • We are not liable for website issues caused by third-party software, hosting providers, or client modifications.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, downtime, or security breaches after project completion unless covered under a maintenance plan.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkDesign shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data due to website issues.

  • Errors or omissions in client-provided content.

8. Termination of Services

EkDesign reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
